The Nation’s # 1 Radio Show for Family Caregivers
An exceptional voice of experience—for an unprecedented need.
For more than thirty years, Peter Rosenberger has personally traveled the path of the family caregiver. Through this journey, Peter has discovered that a caregiver cannot only survive, but also thrive in oftentimes grim circumstances.
In an unparalleled journey with his wife, Gracie, Peter has navigated a medical nightmare that has mushroomed to 80 major operations—including the amputation of Gracie’s both legs below the knee. These difficult experiences led Peter to work with more than 90 treating physicians in 12 hospitals, and 7 medical insurance companies, and medical bills soaring to more than $10 million. All these circumstances resulted in Peter developing a firm grasp of the healthcare issues faced by families with disabilities.
Peter Rosenberger combines his exceptional experience, outrageous humor and his deep compassion for his fellow caregivers to a bring a radio show from Ennis, MT like none other. Isolation is one of the most crippling issues for caregivers, and through his weekly radio show, Peter is bringing community to caregivers who feel cut off, and struggle with loneliness.
Each week on the show, you will hear anything and everything that helps strengthen caregivers including such topics as:
- Caregiver Burnout
- Caregivers in the Workplace
- Financial issues
- Tech related solutions
- Chronic Pain and the impact on families
- Gun Safety
- The FOG of Caregivers (Fear Obligation Guilt)
- Dealing With Insurance Companies/Medical Professionals
- Addiction/Alcohol related family problems
Listening to your show is my “escape” time to build myself up each week. I often drive in the country while I listen to the entire show- just to have some “me” time to better equip myself to deal with the heavy responsibilities I carry as a caregiver.
I know God loves Peter Rosenberger, and knowing him the way I do, that gives me hope for the rest of us!
Producing the show is John Butler (AKA “The Count of Mighty Disco!), and he helps provide great music and a lot of laughs as Peter brings practical help, tools, and encouragement to caregivers.
